Chili stuffed olives that are KETO styling

Try this warming bar snack or appetizer with your favourite salsa beats to get the home party started right. By the way, the keto crumbing can be used as a general coating for the keto conscious soul in all of us 💃🍸



INGREDIENTS

400g large green chili stuffed olives (our own are fabulous of course)

2 eggs, beaten for egg mix

2 1/2 cups of vegetable oil for frying (high smoking point)

CRUMB MIX

1 Pinch Salt

1 pinch nutmeg

1 pinch cloves

1 pinch black pepper

1 cup coconut flour

5 tsp grated parmesan

1 cup almond flour METHOD:

  • Roll olives in coconut flour to coat first

  • Dredge coconut floured olives in the beaten egg mix

  • Combine almond flour, parmesan, and spice mix in a bowl for the keto crumb

  • Take olives out of the egg mix, draining excess off, and roll in the prepared crumbing mix.

  • Allow crumb to set in fridge for a couple of hours.

  • Deep fry the olives until beautifully golden brown @180deg C when needed.

  • Drain on paper towel and serve.


You can substitute any of our stuffed olives for the Chili, if the heat is not your style.
