Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 120 ml of extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt to taste


Method:

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).

  • Cut the baguette into 1 cm (1/2-inch) slices.

  • In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic.

  • Brush the mixture over both sides of each slice of bread.

  • 450 g of pasta

  • 120 ml of extra-virgin olive oil

  • 6 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Red chilli flakes to taste

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  • Add the garlic and red chilli flakes and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

  • Add the cooked pasta and a tablespoon of the pasta water it was cooked in and toss to coat with the garlic oil mixture.

  • Remove from heat and stir in the parsley, salt, and pepper.

  • Serve immediately.

  • 60 ml of red wine vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, and garlic.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
